Organizational changes at Aerodyne Alloys
Congratulations to Chris Pick, Angie Battilomo, Michele Lamadeleine, Joan Burkhart, Shannon Griffin, and Vic Artaiz

Chris Pick
Chris will assume the job of Territory Manager for Territory 12. This is a new territory that will include Western Connecticut, Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, lower New York, and Long Island. Kirk will continue to cover Eastern Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Western New York and Upstate New York. Chris has been with Aerodyne since 2004 and has done a great job of developing an extensive following of customers. Prior to joining Aerodyne Chris has held sales positions at Ulbrich, Component Engineers, and EM Jorgenson.
Angie Battilomo
Angie will assume the job of Inside Sales Supervisor. Angie will maintain her current accounts, but also assume mentoring responsibilities for Inside Sales personnel, future new hires within the department, green screens and assist regularly on pricing decisions. Angie has done a great job of growing her account base and is one of our top sales producers in the company.
Angie has been with us since 1998 and is currently pursuing her Bachelors degree in Business.
Michele Lamadeleine
Michele will assume the role of Program Sales Supervisor. She will maintain responsibility for our inside sales activity for GEE and other accounts in the future. Michele joined Aerodyne on September 10, 2001. She has done a great job at inside sales and has managed our inside sales activities for the GEE aggregation. That business has grown from $4.0 million to $7.0 million and we are forecasting it to be over $10.0 million in 2011. Melanie Lane will report directly to Michele.
Joan Burkhart
Joan will assume the job of Credit/Office Supervisor. In addition to maintaining responsibility for our credit program, Joan will oversee duties relative to office management. Donna and Elaine will report to Joan from a credit standpoint. Sue and Irene will report to Joan relative to office administration.
Joan has been with us since 2006 and has performed all of her responsibilities with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Joan graduated from Morse School of Business in 1992 and is currently pursuing her professional CBA (Credit Business Associate) degree. From there Joan will be pursuing her CBF (Credit Business Fellow) and then her CCE (Certified Credit Executive) degree.
Vic Artaiz
Effective 10/4/10, Vic will assume the role of Sourcing Department Supervisor. Vic will perform his current sourcing duties and has been assigned the responsibility of growing our buyout business to $4.0 million a year. In addition, Vic will be assisting us in developing a commercial sales strategy for Japan.
Vic joined Aerodyne in 2010 and previously held positions at Ulbrich in Inside Sales, International Sales, International Sales Manager, General Manager of Ulbrich of the UK, and Product Manager Wire. Vic has spent a considerable amount of time traveling in Japan developing sales representatives and customers. Joe Lugris will report to Vic.
Shannon Griffin
As an Inside Sales Trainee, Shannon will serve an initial orientation within the Sales Department for several weeks. She will then complete a comprehensive training program for several months, where she will spend time in each department within Aerodyne, learning about various components of our operation. Ultimately, Shannon will return to Inside Sales where she will focus on distributor quotes/sales, internet quoting, and will work on sister company quotes/sales. Once she has become accustomed to the sales process, we will begin assigning Shannon a solid account base. Shannon will report to me regarding her day to day activities.
